Gray Slate Apartments

is an integrated development intended for people wishing quiet, restful homes. It consists of 6 buildings (3 four-plexes and 3 six-plexes) with extensive low-maintenance grounds. One of the buildings is a condominium and owner-occupied.

The complex is on a hill in Pullman, Washington, a college town (Washington State University) in the Palouse Country, a grain growing region near the Idaho border (Moscow, home of the University of Idaho, is 10 miles away).
