The basic tire roller will roll tires up to 1/2" by 4" flat without too much effort. If you want to be able to roll rings for hubs, ie. diameters down to 4", then order the add-on ring rollers. If you will be rolling stock heavier than 1/2" by 4", I recommend you order your roller with a gear reduction and jack shaft. Basic roller, $1,100. Ring rollers, $150. Gear reduction and jack shaft, $100.

This rubber tire machine will mount any size of rubber, either one or two wire. It is easy to use and efficient. Each wire can be tightened separately and there are lots of adjustments to help you when you make mistakes. Price $1025.
